Initial Meeting

Secondary Plan Design Meeting(s)

  • We will prepare a marketplace study of the available opportunities
  • Compare and contrast the marketplace opportunities
  • Discuss employer and employee cost sharing opportunities
  • Propose recommendations
  • Discuss compliance requirements and implementation

Annual Renewal Analysis Meetings

  • Schedule an annual employer meeting
  • Discuss what is working and what may not be working
  • Research the marketplace and Identify competitive opportunities
  • Prepare a market study of competitive benefit plans
  • Evaluate any effect of provider network changes
  • Discuss any changes in your business environment
  • Review any legislatives changes that may impact your company

 

Open Enrollment

We will present an Open Enrollment meeting with your employees via “High Touch” and/or “High Tech” approaches.

  • Present each employee with a customized benefit enrollment kits which will include all documentation on your employee benefit plans along with any required legal documents.
  • High Tech
  • Present the information via a webinar and provide online benefit summaries, enrollment and administrative solutions which are accessible 24/7 to the employee.
  • Your dedicated EBA (Employee Benefits Advisor) will present the employee meeting to discuss benefit and plan changes as well as the benefits that each carrier offers.
  • Discuss any legislative updates relating to current group policies, such as HSA regulation changes and Health Care Reform
  • Provide HIPAA, DOL, ERISA, Section 125 and COBRA compliance documentation to keep your company in compliance
