questionnaire is completed to fully understand your company's requirements.
- Proposals
will be requested from carriers that meet or exceed your criteria.
Professional customized proposals with easy to understand Executive
Spreadsheets will be prepared.

will review the proposal as well as inform you of the various
laws, eligibility and underwriting requirements. We will provide
unbiased guidance with plan selection from a multitude of carriers.
- An
employee benefit rollout meeting will be held and each employee
will receive a customized employee benefit package. The benefit
plans will be discussed in detail. Applications will be collected
for submittal to the carrier(s).
- The
application is monitored through the underwriting process and
we use our expertise and negotiation skills to obtain the lowest
rates.
- A
customized administration binder will be prepared for each carrier
along with customized carrier contact sheets, benefit summary
and new employee packets for future employees. We will explain
how to administer the benefits to ensure proper compliance with
state and federal laws and carrier guidelines.

are in contact with you on a proactive basis and monitor your
benefits to ensure that they remain cost effective in the marketplace.
